Anisha is responsible for people and operations, as she bridges business and technical needs, while also focusing on client strategy, mindful solution delivery, and company culture. With over 25 years of digital transformation in technology and consulting, Anisha wears many hats in the organization. Prior to joining Primitive Logic in 2000, she explored careers internationally and locally in hospitality, finance, academia, and Big 6 consulting.
A graduate of University of San Francisco’s MBA program, Anisha continues to serve on various USF committees. She is Past President of Alumni Board of Directors, former member of Board of Trustees, and Past President of MBA Alumni Society, among others. Anisha received her BA in Communications with minors in Business and German from the University of Oregon in Eugene. Following her undergraduate degree, she worked for Hewlett Packard in Palo Alto, CA; Derby Hotel in Davos, Switzerland; Rothschild Bank in Zurich, Switzerland; Stanford University in California; and Accenture in various locations.
Actively involved in her community — around home, at work, and with her alma mater — Anisha continues to provide time, talent, and treasure to numerous boards, committees, and service organizations. As a San Mateo County Commissioner on the Status of Women, Anisha focuses on topics such as STEM for Young Women, Human Trafficking, Women’s Leadership Conference and Hall of Fame, and Women in Tech. She is a long-time member of Vistage and embraces curiosity and lifelong learning.
