Susan has worked as a practitioner for 15 years in Fortune 500 companies as Director in Human Resources and Senior Director of HRIS/IT. Prior to joining Primitive Logic, Susan ran her own company for 20 years providing strategy, process and implementation services to large and mid-sized clients in HR and payroll

Susan has been teaching HR Systems at San Francisco State University for 10 years and been an expert witness on several HR technology litigations. Susan attended the Executive Management program at University of Michigan Ann Arbor receiving certification and majored in Fine Arts at Boston Conservatory of Music
