Steven is responsible for the management of key client relationships and engagements, leading project teams in the financial services, communications, and retail sectors, among others. With special expertise in business integration and services-oriented architectures, he excels in helping organizations develop and realize their IT and business strategy visions in high-performing environments.

Prior to joining Primitive Logic, Steven spent 21 years in information technology, including ten years with Andersen Consulting and Accenture. He served as the lead manager of Andersen's Northern California Technology Community Leadership Team.

Steven graduated with academic distinction from San Diego State University with a B.S. in Computer Science and earned his M.B.A. from the University of San Diego.
