This client facing role requires strong project management experience, coupled with the ability and willingness to roll up your sleeves and create deliverables. The successful applicant will have a solid history and track record of completing projects on time and on budget.

As a Primitive Logic consulting project manager, this person will be required to work closely with project stakeholders and client executives in order to successfully implement the client’s vision. This role will be working in a fast paced environment with long-term, top-tier clients in various sectors. The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelors Degree in related field required, Advanced Degree preferred
• 7+ years of IT Engagement, Project, Program, or Delivery Management experience, preferably in consulting
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment requiring ability to play multiple roles
• Able to lead diverse teams, multi-task, and work under pressure to meet aggressive budget and schedule targets
• Able to develop and maintain project plans, issues logs, status reports, project roadmap, communication plan, and financial reports
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, with experience working directly with business as well as technical stakeholders
• Willing and competent managing the team, as well as hands on analyzing and creating deliverables
• Familiarity with various methodologies (e.g.; RUP, Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and modeling tools (e.g.; UML)
• Strong business analysis background, skilled in requirements gathering, business process analysis/modeling, use case development, and functional specification creation
• Strong skills that align with our focus on Teamwork, Ownership, Initiative, and Leadership

Candidates possessing one or more of the following, in addition to the above skills, will be given higher consideration:

• Big 5 or similar consulting company experience
• Expertise around Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with managing the delivery of content management, portal, SOA, or HCM solutions
• Experience with engagement and account management, comfortable in participating in business development efforts with a proven track record of expanding or extending accounts
• Proven success in building client accounts and driving customer satisfaction
• Experience across multiple vertical markets such as Financial, Health Care, Retail, Energy, Government, etc.
