In this client centric role, the Business Analyst will work closely with both Primitive Logic and client personnel to create world class deliverables. Will work with project stake holders to help define and document requirements and system analysis documentation.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelors Degree in related field required, Advanced Degree Preferred
• 8+ years Business Analysis experience, with a strong track record of completing top quality deliverables under tight deadlines
• Hands-on process and requirements analysis including deliverable creation
• Ability to identify, capture, and design business processes
• Ability to lead user/stakeholder interviews and working sessions
• Strong in ‘RUP-based’ business analysis (including Use Case modeling and development)
• Ability to create business models representing information and business processes
• Utilization of ‘Requirements Management’ techniques and tools
• Strong communication skills

Candidates with all of the above skills and possessing one or more of the following will be given preference:

• Big 5 or similar consulting company experience
• Vertical industry experience
• Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Salary will be dependent on experience and will be market competitive.
