In this client centric role, the Business Analyst will work closely with both Primitive Logic and client personnel to create world class deliverables. Will work with project stake holders to help define and document requirements and system analysis documentation.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelors Degree in related field required, Advanced Degree Preferred
- 4+ years Business Analysis experience, with a strong track record of completing top quality deliverables under tight deadlines
- Solid experience in requirements gathering and documentation as well as use case development and documenting business process flows
- Solid understanding of RUP or similar business process/methodology
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid experience in producing business object models using UML
Candidates with all of the above skills and possessing one or more of the following will be given preference:
- Big 5 or similar consulting company experience
- Financial industry experience a plus
- Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Java experience a plus
Salary will be dependent on experience and will be market competitive.
