Bob founded Primitive Logic in 1984 and served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer until 2009.

Prior to founding Primitive Logic, Bob held technology positions with Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, Beneficial Data Processing Corporation, Crum & Forster Insurance, and RCA.

Bob served on the Board of Directors of Restoration Hardware since 2005 and was a member of the Audit Committee. Bob was also a member of the special committee of independent directors that successfully completed the 'go private' transaction for the company.

As a philanthropist he supports a wide array of charities and benefits for disadvantaged youth and the inner city.
