Anisha Weber is the Senior Director of People and Operations at Primitive Logic. In her role, she manages people and operational based units within Primitive Logic. With over 15 years of technology and solution consulting, Anisha is now charged with HR, Staffing, Recruiting, Mentoring, Training & Development, and People Enablement; as well as Corporate Social Responsibility, Facilities, Client Satisfaction, and Operational Excellence.

Prior to joining Primitive Logic, Anisha worked for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) with primarily financial services and PeopleSoft projects.

Anisha received her MBA from the University of San Francisco and her BA in Communications with minors in Business and German from the University of Oregon in Eugene. She serves on several boards including the USF Alumni Board of Directors and is a past president of the USF MBA Alumni Board.
